Happy Sunday

Hi everyone, hope you had a great day today...I know we did!

Jim and I got up early and went to get the last of the baking supplies and then Jeff, Kim, and Grandma helped me create a few goodies...we even got the tree and the stockings up!

We made chex muddy buddies, homemade hot cocoa mix ( french vanilla and hazelnut), our own marshmallows to go with the cocoa, peppermint mocha brownies, cherry walnut fudge, and sugar cookies...we are not done yet, but we are gonna watch the Vikings kick some butt tonight.

To answer the questions of those of you wanting to know if the goodies are for you?? Have you been good this year and what did you get me??? hahaha sorry I had to say it!!!

There will be treats at the store on Christmas Eve, I promise!

We had a great day today...I have been like one of Santa's elves, well except that I might be a bit taller not sure! I have been rearranging the entire store and marking things down to make room for the new stuff at CHA in January...

Day 4 of Christmas Sale!!

Wow, do you love this weather or what? For me, it is definitely the "or what?"...

I would prefer a nice balmy 70 degrees at all times...not too hot or too cold!!

I received an email yesterday with a bunch of items from Quickutz that they have marked down for us to half off!!

Closing Early!!

I have my very own personal Department of Transportation guy (aka JimBob) and he informed me that I am to get my butt home and off the roads by 4:30 today, so we will be closing at 4 p.m.

If you are home, stay there!!!

It is supposed to get ugly tonight, so let's remember that whatever we need, we don't need it that bad...we can get it tomorrow or the next day.

Day 3 of the Christmas Sale!!

Well, I got out of the store today and got most of my shopping done for my family...Jim and I ate lunch at Red Robin for the first time in forever and a day and that was a fun. Let me just say, Gingerbread Milkshake and Chicken Parm.

Santa and Mrs. Claus were a hit today, the kids had a blast getting candy canes and we loved the photos...but I know that you are all waiting to hear what we are going to start our 12 Days of Christmas sale with, aren't you?? I know I would be waiting!
